So, you’ll remember that we were continuing with our efforts to move the school forward whilst waiting to receive the IEB Application Form from the LA so the Chair could complete Part 2 on behalf of the GB, prior to its submission to the DfE. That wasn’t quite what happened:

Sunday 2nd February 2014

The next we heard was via our Head who was liaising with the LA representative, as well as with the GB, regarding the post-Ofsted meeting with parents, in anticipation of the Ofsted report being published imminently, almost 2 months after the inspection.  The LA representative sent her an email in which she advised that the GB had now been replaced by an IEB and so didn’t need to be involved in the arrangements. The Head immediately contacted the Chair, who had heard nothing at all from anyone and, of course, was still waiting to complete Part 2…
